All data that we keep on you is kept strictly for Rack Exchanger business use to assist you in your current or future purchases or in analyzing sales trends. Address Information
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor's contact information including but not limited to addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. Information is gathered by Rack Exchanger for the sole benefit of Rack Exchanger. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material from some of our partners to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings.
Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information (typically the customer's email address) and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). We use contact data from our surveys to send the user promotional material from Rack Exchanger.
Customer information is considered to be an asset of Rack Exchanger and as such may be transferred to another company as part of an acquisition of Rack Exchanger.
Return Policy
Transaction Details Rack Exchanger desires that both seller and buyer parties are satisfied and happy with their transaction. For this reason, advance payment will be made to Rack Exchanger by the buyer. Once payment is received and confirmed, the items purchased will be released from the seller's place of business. Confirmation of a completed deal will be sent to Rack Exchanger, and the payment for the goods will then be released to the seller.
Item Returns When the items shipped are deemed unacceptable, we will request several digital pictures to be taken and emailed to our offices. Pending a review of the damage, we will work to ensure customer satisfaction through return of funds or providing replacment items. If the entire shipment is rejected, no fees will be charged to the buyer or seller, other than the costs of shipping.
